Terms of service
Last updated August 25, 2026 · ScriptRisk is beta software offered free of charge while in beta.
What ScriptRisk is — and is not
ScriptRisk is a research tool, not legal advice. The reports identify potential clearance, ratings, safety, and territory issues and cite sources for each one, but they are informational only. Using ScriptRisk does not create an attorney–client relationship, and no report is a substitute for review by a qualified clearance attorney, insurance underwriter, or standards executive. Cost and schedule figures are rule-of-thumb estimates, not quotes.
AI-generated analysis can be incomplete or wrong. Every finding carries a citation so you can check it yourself — please do, before relying on it for a production decision.
Your content
You keep all rights to anything you upload. You grant us only the limited license needed to run the analysis you requested and show you the results. You confirm you have the right to upload what you upload. We never use your material to train AI models.
Acceptable use
Don't upload material you have no right to process, don't probe or disrupt the service, and don't use automated tools to bulk-submit scripts. We rate-limit and may block abusive traffic.
Beta terms and pricing
The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, and may change, break, or pause without notice while in beta. Analysis is currently free; the listed "$39/script after beta" price is indicative and may change before payments launch. When payments launch these terms will be replaced by a full commercial agreement, and continued use will require accepting it.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ScriptRisk and its creators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, and our total liability is capped at the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us in the past 12 months (currently $0 during the free beta).
Termination and changes
You can stop using the service and delete your data at any time. We may update these terms; material changes move the "last updated" date above. Governing law: California, USA. Questions: lalitlouis@gmail.com.
